We had a group of 8 that stayed 2 weeks and 4 more came for a week. We were very impressed with the hotel for the price. We couldn't of ask for a more convience place to stay. The staff were great and very friendly. They booked all of our tours and if we needed a taxi they got us one. The tours that were recommended to us were great. We had never been to Barbados before and will return in the future. We had a vacation with lots of new knowledge and experiences. Thanks again to you and your great staff for making our vacation very enjoyable.

We stayed at this Hotel for 2 weeks in October 2007 and had a studio. I have to say for what we paid it was excellent and we will definitely be going again, in fact I cannot wait to go.

The Hotel is in a perfect location and within a 5 min walk to the beach.

The rooms have an ocean front view and it is fab to open your door and hear the ocean. All rooms have aircon which is supplied free of charge and also a free of charge safe. The kitchen has all the facilities that
you could possibly want should you want to do a bit of cooking, although it is so cheap to eat out.

We had lunch a couple of times at the Hotel and it was excellent value for money with large portions.

I found the staff excellent and extremely helpful, and in fact, cannot really find fault at all.

WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

Just want to say that staying with you, although it was not plan ( we moved from Coconut Court Hotel in Christ Church) was the best thing we did your hotel was situated in the right place the staff was excellent, especially Julie who arranged all of our activites for us and that was a plus because she did a great job we still have our itinerary that she did up for us that stated everything even extras like where to eat as well as where to club. Keep up the good work Julie she is a gem.
We are already planning for our next trip there again in January 2008.

Hi people, this September was our 4th consec year in Barbados, and our second stay at the gap hotel.
The place just gets better every year.
Me and the wife would just like to thank all the staff for a great two weeks, and we will be back next year.

My friend and I stayed at the South Gap for the first time for two weeks for Crop Over. It was of a very high standard the staff working there were very friendly and helpful. We are looking to come again for 2008 and with more people next time. The hotel was pleasant and clean not to mention the location which is good for a first time in Barbados!!

We had a brilliant stay in the South Gap Hotel, me and my school came on a Sports tour on the 15th July 2007 and stayed for 2 weeks, we found everybody very welcoming and friendly and the hotel was clean and pleasent. Trevor the bar man was a brilliant ambassador for the hotel and was very popular within the group. our stay was almost perfect until a rather large lady who i still believe is staying in the hotel made it as difficult as she could for us, she was foul mouthed and very unpleasent, however the hotel staff were in a difficult situation with both parties staying as guests but the hotel staff managed it all very well!!! derfinately reccomend the South Gap Hotel!!

I have just returned from my 5days trip to Barbados, i stayed at South Gap which of course is in the heart of the gap, if you are looking for somewhere to relax by the ocean and unwind, this is where to go. I first spoke to Nidhi she was my main contact, afterwhich i booked online, i was pleased with my room, the view was unbelievable and i got acess to Ship Inn which was alot of fun and is recommended for thursday night. i also got to meet Juliet, she was a doll and full of energy and has wonderful personality that all receptionist should copy, i also benefited from a wonderful housekeeper who came each morning to ensure i had all the necessary things for the day, i forget her name though, she is dark with full eyes,natural hair, with braids at the time and a smile that melts your heart. Overall my stay was good and all the staff that i met were amazing and very friendly, i had breakfast one morning and it was good, the omlette, toast, hot chocolate, these were very tantaalizing and the hostess too was very cute and friendly. So if you want to travel to Barbados please think of South Gap Hotel as one of your choices. And i know i will be returning but with friends the next time.

We stayed at the Gap in November 2006. We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly, room clean, no elevators but no problem.

My friend and i stayed at the South Gap in March 07 and had an awesome time! All the clubs r just across the road .. the staff are fantastic .... especially the girls at the reception.. Alicia, Monique and Tanya !! We are definitely coming back...

I have stayed at the south gap hotel twice. Me and my 3 friends stayed here in March and June 2006. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We love staying here because of the location and price. Im coming back again in Jan 2007 and cant wait. See you all soon

My family and I had a fantastic stay at the South Gap. Everything was very comfortable and the access to everything on the island was perfect. The sea views that we had each and every day really was a bonus and the entertainment that we had across the street was phenomenal. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the South Gap again on our next visit.

Barbados is a beautiful place.
The people we met were very polite and helpful.
Me and my fiance had a wonderful time.

South Gap's staff were helpful and understanding.
We were impressed with the room itself.

When we entered the room we were thrilled to get a welcome letter from management welcoming us and inviting us to have drinks with the manager.

Even the last day when check out time was 12 noon and our flight was leaving later we were allowed to stay and hour later.
Now that's a hotel who cares about its customers.

Thanks for your email. Our stay at South Gap was BRILLIANT. We had the best of times and everything was great. You are to be complimented on your staff - everyone that we came into contact with could not have been more friendly or helpful. Our housekeeper (Alicia?) kept the apartment sparkling and she is such a lovely lady - she even told me where to get a new watch strap in town!

The setting of the hotel is just perfect - it was amazing how quickly we became immune to the music from the bars across the road, and we had some laughs at those taking part in the karioke nights! The view from our balconey was superb - we had some l-o-n-g lunches there.

Thankyou and your staff for helping make our holiday as good as it was. Hope to be back again sometime.
